How the referral process works

  1. Initial enquiries sent to relevant Mental Health Service
  2. Mental Health Services will contact the Service Director to discuss Assessment
  3. Assessment will be carried out and if accepted a letter will be sent out to the Service Director confirming placement and fees
  4. Admission date agreed with the Mental Health Service and Service Director
  5. Contract will be issued and this should signed, dated and returned by the Commissioner to the Mental Health Service
